Lucky 13 Terms & Conditions

Thank you for submitting your Lucky 13 Reservation Request. This is a request, not a guarantee.

Please notify us promptly if your party has any specific needs or requests. I.E. Wheelchair accessibility, time constraints, surprise parties etc…

Please note that all reservations are subject to the following terms in order to ensure prompt and efficient service;

• *All members of the party MUST present valid identification (please see description below)
• *Each reservation is subject to a 15 minute hold time.
• *All members of the party must be present within the 15 minute hold time in order to be seated.
• *Due to high volume and small space, we are only able to provide the number of seats originally requested. The party will be seated when all members are present.
• *Any disorderly behavior is subject to ejection from our premises.

Please be patient with our staff, parties may have a slight wait, but will be sat as close to requested time as possible. We cannot take requests for specific areas of the bar, and all reservations have the possibility of being sat at a communal table. We appreciate your help in assisting us to provide the best customer service to all of our customers.

Lucky 13 is a bar and, as per state law, everyone will be required to provide a valid form of ID stating they are 21 years or older.

The State of Utah allows us to accept the following forms of identification card A) A Valid US State Issued Drivers License B) A Valid US State Issued Identification Card C) A Valid Military Identification Card D) A Valid Passport.
